GI Joe 12 inch figures

GI Joe 12 inch figurines are for collectors who want a little more detail in their figurines. Hasbro created the 12 inch figurine line in 1991. Although popular, they were not the original Joes that collectors remembered and were instead based off the smaller 3 3/4" line. This line lasted until 1994 and was known as the "Hall of Fame" collection. The named characters based on the 3 3/4" figures would not return until 2002 when Hasbro re-launched the "A Real American Hero" toyline, but the line was now called "G.I.Joe vs. Cobra". This line continued until 2005. GI Joe fans that want a more highly articulated model of their favorite characters will no doubt enjoy these figurines.
